Prediction of individual characteristics and lactation facilities in the workplace on the sustainability of working mother’s exclusive breastfeeding

Background: Working mothers are more likely than stay-at-home to discontinue breastfeeding earlier. The province of Banten has a low rate exclusive coverage. government issued several regulations address the challenges and barriers in workplace continue breastfeeding. research aims predict influence individual characteristics lactation facilities on sustainability for working mothers.
 Method: This study uses quantitative approach with cross-sectional design. 65 survey respondents were given online questionnaires. Mothers who work area, specific, currently or have previously breastfed their babies aged 6-24 months. was carried out July 2022. analysis used logistic regression identify factors that significantly relate breastfeeding.
 Result: study's findings indicate knowledge variable significant effect, p-value 0.040 an Odds Ratio 5.564, implying poor 5.5 times good knowledge.
 Conslusion: Develop intervention model provides education about dairy milk management.
